United Arab Emirates, February 20, 2023 - Sharp Middle East & Africa FZE (SMEF), a subsidiary of Sharp Corporation, announces a new addition to its new line-up of black & white (monochrome) Multifunctional Printers, the BP-70M and BP-50M series. Sharp’s new Future Workplace A3 MFPs are designed to meet the needs of hybrid workforce, allowing employees to easily collaborate and share information securely throughout their office environment, even while working remotely.

Effortless connectivity

The new BP-70M and BP-50M black & white MFP series offers flexible connectivity, ideal for today’s workplace needs. This new series allows users to easily connect with SharpDesk mobile smartphone application for printing and scanning from mobile devices. Users can also click through cloud services such as Microsoft Teams, and Google Drive which makes communication simple and streamlined. At the same time, native Microsoft Universal Print capability allows these MFPs to integrate seamlessly with Microsoft 365 environments, enabling simplified print management.

Robust Security features

Considering the rise of security threats, SHARP’s newest Future Workplace A3 MFPs offer robust security features that block unauthorized access to the MFPS, prevent unwanted data breaches, and provide protection from deliberate attempts of various attacks.

Enhanced Productivity

The new models are equipped with enhanced productivity features, delivering print speeds of up to 90 ppm, with fast warm-up times and a paper capacity that can hold up to 6,500 sheets for more extended continuous printing. The built-in Duplex Single Pass Feeder can scan two-sided documents at speeds of up to 280 ipm in batches of up to 300 sheets, making it quick to finish even large jobs. There is even an option for eliminating double feeding of paper when scanning and an alert LED to remind users to remove their originals when they are done, helping to keep documents secure.
